  Try the unique flavor of sheeps milk cheese.  Creamier and milder than cow or goats cheese,sheeps milk cheese has it's own distintive flavor and texture.  Our cheese is made in small batches to keep the best quality possible.  We do not pasteurize, but age all of the cheeses at least 60 days.


ONLY THE BEST MILK --PURE NATURAL EWES MILK.

Cheese is vacuumn packed in ¼# - $4.00 each        (Custom cuts available)

 

 

#1c. LAMBERT -- creamy white , mild aged cheese. Great table cheese or try it in one of your favorite recipes.

#2c. HICKORY SMOKED LAMBERT -- Same Great Cheese but Smoked with Hickory Chips,

          GREAT ON BURGERS, or on snack crackers!

#3c. BAARICK -- infused with french herbs[ chives,parsley,basil,rosemary,marjoram and tarragon].  Still a mild cheese but, with it's own unique flavor.  

#4c. STONEY -- For those who like a little bite to their cheese ,this has it. Not too hot ladies!

             

#5c. CHEESE NIBBLERS -- Cubed and flavored with Garlic and Italian Seasonings.

                 (GREAT ON SALADS,Italian dishes or snacking.)

 

#6c.  FETA :Aged in brine,feta has a tangy,salty flavor. Crumbles apart easily for salads or slice for a table cheese        TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK
