Hello: For you that are buying LAMBS and SHEEP for the 1st time
are you aware that Sheep are very susceptible to COPPER POISONING.
Most people do not know that copper in high doses can be found in
Cow feed and salt licks and Goat feed and salt licks.
I highly recommend that you check out the areas where the LAMBS or SHEEP
will be and remove these potential Copper Sources.
You can get mineral salt for Sheep at your local feed store.
If you need to feed grain there is some grain that has very little
molassis in it .
Please do this as we hate to see good animals die from something
that could be avoided.
